[Users] how to install opendatahub operators in disconnected/restricted network

Hello, I am using OCP4.4.9, and did the OLM sync in disconnected network procedure, however I do not see in OCP menu and AI/Machine learning operators, I do not see opendatahub operator. What would be the alternative way to install the opendatahub operator in a disconnected network? Best regards Walid
