I just saw Trino is now included in ODH:
https://github.com/opendatahub-io/odh-manifests/pull/373
Thank you!
As a trino contributor, I'd like to help and need guidance on:
1. container image - I have repo
github.com/IBM/docker-prestodb for
building/shipping trino image but seeking alignment on whether it's
possible to ship via quay.io/opendatahub/trino with bug fixes and
plugins.
2. operation feature design - I'd like to deploy trino via ODH instead
of my own kustomize, but wondering if there's any doc to see how to
follow up with features like secret management and work with istio (we
have both in production env but not open source yet).

Hi Ke,
We do have an ODH component that covers some of Presto's functionality,
Data
Catalog: https://opendatahub.io/news/2019-12-15/data-catalog-in-odh.html
We are working on migrating Data Catalog to ODH 0.7+. If you are
interested in contributing Presto to ODH, you are welcome to present it
to the community and tell us how it compares to Data Catalog.
Thanks
Juana
