[Users] Open data Hub for non-openshift clusters

Hi All, Was anyone successful to install and use opendatahub on other K8s distributions other than openshift? e.g. EKS, GKE, minikube? this and disconnected/air-gapped install experience? if you could please share Kind regards, Walid
