[Users] ODH possibility in OKD, minikube and disconnected query

Hi All, Was anyone successful to install and use open data hub on other K8s distributions other than openshift OCP4? my interests are OKD and minikube, however also other K8s platforms, e.g. KinD, EKS, AKS,..etc. This and disconnected/air-gapped install experience? if you could please share how one can achieve this, it does not have to be through the Red Hat OperatorHub.
